These Terms govern your access to Remote Webcam Jobs. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Service. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity and must promptly report unauthorized use.
You may not create accounts for impersonation, evasion, automated abuse, or use by a person who is not eligible.
Memberships, upgrades, and fees
Some actions, including posting or applying, may require an active membership as shown in the Service. Each eligible member may receive one free job listing for seven days. Additional, longer, featured, or premium listings may require an upgrade.
Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, fees already paid are non-refundable. Canceling stops future renewal but does not retroactively reverse charges or guarantee continued access to paid features after the current period.
Job listings and applications
Posters must describe real, lawful opportunities accurately, including material duties, compensation, schedule, location, requirements, and any adult-oriented context. Posters may edit or close their listings and manage applications. Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and submissions.
The Service provides marketplace tools; it is not an employer, recruiter, employment agency, or party to agreements between members. We do not guarantee a listing, poster, applicant, interview, engagement, payment, or outcome. Independently verify opportunities and never send money or sensitive identity information merely to apply.
Messages, files, and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and legally administer the Service.
You must have the rights and consent needed for every message, document, image, video, logo, listing, and profile item you upload. Do not upload malware, confidential material you lack permission to share, non-consensual intimate material, exploitative content, or content involving minors. Messages and attachments may remain until deleted, subject to safety, backup, dispute, and legal-retention needs.
Safety, reports, and enforcement
Members can block users and report listings, posters, applicants, messages, or conduct. We may review reports, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, limit visibility, close listings, suspend features, terminate accounts, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary.
Prohibited conduct includes fraud, scams, harassment, discrimination prohibited by law, trafficking or exploitation, threats, impersonation, spam, scraping, circumventing access controls, applicant-paid recruitment schemes, illegal sexual content, and requesting sexual or explicit material without clear lawful context and consent.
Privacy and confidential information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Access to a private profile, application, conversation, or attachment is granted only for the intended hiring interaction. You may not republish, sell, scrape, or use that information for unrelated purposes.
Service availability and third parties
We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may use third-party hosting, authentication, maps, storage, communications, and payment services. Third-party products have their own terms. We work to keep the Service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remote Webcam Jobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or member conduct. You are responsible for your interactions, hiring decisions, contracts, workplace compliance, taxes, and payments.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Terms that logically continue—such as content rights already exercised, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability—survive termination.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice where required. Applicable law governs without overriding mandatory protections where you live. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
