This Privacy Policy describes how Remote Webcam Jobs ("we," "us," or the "Service") handles personal information when you visit, create an account, post or apply for jobs, or use related features.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, avatar, location, work history, profile details, job listings, screening responses, applications, saved jobs, reports, and support requests.
When available features are used, we also process private messages and files you choose to upload, such as documents, images, or videos. Payment providers process billing details; we may receive transaction status, plan, and limited billing identifiers rather than full card numbers. We also collect basic device, log, security, and usage information needed to operate and protect the Service.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, profiles, memberships, job discovery, applications, messaging, notifications, billing, support, fraud prevention, moderation, analytics, and reliable operation. We may use contact information for service messages and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of.
We use only the information reasonably needed for these purposes and do not sell personal information for money.
Who can see your information
Job listings and the information a poster intentionally includes in them are public and may be indexed by search engines. Member profiles are not public. You can see your own profile. A job poster can see the profile and application of a member who applies to that poster's job. Applicants do not gain access to other applicants' profiles.
Private messages and attachments are limited to conversation participants and authorized personnel or service providers when access is necessary for support, safety, security, or legal compliance. Blocking limits future interaction but may not erase records already needed for reports or disputes.
How we share information
We share information with vendors that host, secure, analyze, communicate for, or process payments for the Service; with other users as described above; when you direct us to; and when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction.
Our current infrastructure providers include Supabase for application data and authentication and Cloudflare for delivery and security. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and our arrangements with them.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Messages remain until deleted by an available participant control or until removed under our retention and safety practices. Deletion requests may not immediately remove limited information from backups, fraud records, or records we must retain.
You may request account deletion or removal of eligible information. Before acting, we may verify your identity and may retain a minimal record of the request.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the information we process, including access controls and managed infrastructure. No online system is completely secure. Use a unique password, protect your account, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may update profile information and communication preferences through available account controls. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; opt out of certain sharing; and receive equal service when exercising a privacy right.

Children
The Service is for adults at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
International processing
The Service and its vendors may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
Changes and contact
